FIM maintains archives that support campuswide efforts to expedite access to facility-related records. This includes:

- Upkeep and archival of all construction drawings produced internally and externally for UIC.

- Other records including, but not limited to, project manuals, material specifications, minutes, correspondence, memoranda, financial records, real estate records, published materials, photographs and sound recordings.
