Project Schedules

The amount of time needed to complete projects varies widely and depends on multiple factors. Projects must be adequately designed to ensure compliance with university and state requirements and policies, and sufficient time is needed to ensure compliance with associated public bidding and contracting requirements. Construction schedules can vary significantly depending on the size and complexity of projects, the lead time of materials that must be purchased, requirements to abate hazardous materials or relocate utilities, and countless other factors.  Several Board of Trustees (BOT) approvals may also be required for larger projects. PSPM's project managers work proactively with clients to understand project schedule requirements and to develop strategies for implementing efficient project schedules.
