Prequalifying
Professional Services Consultants (PSC) must be prequalified with the state of Illinois in order to submit qualifications for UIC projects. Contractors must submit for and receive prequalification approval annually through the Vendor Services Application managed by the University Office of Capital Programs and Real Estate Services. Contractors must also complete a Contractor Supplemental Prequalification managed by PSPM. Project-specific prequalification may also be required for individual projects when invitations for bids are published.
